Pre-launch support

Straight answers before you join.

Roomit is in city-by-city early access. Public matching, listings, subscriptions, billing, identity verification, and mobile apps are not represented as live.

What is Roomit?

Roomit is being built to help people find rooms, roommates, and shared living arrangements with more context about budget, timing, routines, and household expectations. It is not a live inventory marketplace yet.

How does compatibility work?

Compatibility is meant to help people compare practical living preferences before they commit. It can support a better conversation, but it cannot guarantee a good match or replace references, viewings, safety checks, leases, or human judgment.

Is Roomit free?

Joining the waitlist is free. Public subscription or transaction pricing has not been announced, so Roomit does not make a pricing promise here.

What cities are available?

Roomit is collecting demand city by city. Enter the city you actually need on the waitlist; that demand helps determine where access should open. A city page or waitlist option does not mean rooms are already available there.

When is Roomit launching?

There is no public launch date to promise yet. Access is planned city by city, and Roomit will contact waitlist members when there is a real update for the city they selected.

Is my city available?

A city can be open for demand collection without having live matching or listings. Enter your real city on the waitlist; Roomit will not describe that market as live unless the product and store destinations are actually available there.

Is Roomit only for finding roommates?

No. Roomit is being built for people looking for a room, people looking for someone compatible to live with, and people or housing professionals who want to list a room or shared space. Those paths are kept separate so each person gets a relevant next step.

Can I list a room or property?

You can register interest through the supply waitlist. Public listing creation is not live. Roomit keeps current tenants and households separate from landlords, property managers, and other housing professionals.

Can landlords use Roomit?

Landlords and housing professionals can register interest, but no professional dashboard or landlord tools are represented as live today.

Where can I download the app?

The public mobile-app download is not available yet. Roomit will only show a store link after a market is verified as live and a real App Store or Google Play destination is configured.

How do I join or check the waitlist?

Join once with your real city and email. If you have already joined, use the waitlist-status page instead of submitting another entry.

For safety, abuse, verification, account access, payment, or another sensitive issue, contact a person instead of sharing private details with an automated conversation. No response-time promise is made here.
