Built on safer ground.

Living with someone is a real-world decision. The app does what it can to make that decision honest — verified identities for users who opt in, private messaging by default, ranked-by-fit matches that don't reward bad behaviour.

01

ID verification

Verification is optional. If you opt in, we ask for a selfie and a photo of a government-issued ID. An automated check confirms the two match. After the check, we delete the document image — only a verified status flag stays on your profile.

Verified users surface with a small badge. You can filter to verified-only in search.

02

Reporting & blocking

Open any profile, tap the menu, and choose Block or Report.

Block removes the user from your matches and messages instantly. Report goes to our trust team, who review within 24 hours. We act on harassment, impersonation, fraud, and discrimination — see the Community Guidelines in-app for the full list.

03

Meeting safely

When you move from in-app chat to a tour, default to safe practices:

  • Meet first in a public place near the home — coffee, lobby, never the bedroom.
  • Share the address and timing with a friend.
  • Tour during daylight if you can.
  • Trust your instincts. If something feels off, leave and report from the app.

04

Privacy controls

Your profile is visible only to users you've engaged with. Your phone number is never exposed — all messaging happens in-app. Approximate location is shown at city or neighbourhood level; we don't track precise GPS in the background. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
